A Pill Bag is a capsule shaped, wide and round oval handbag. In 2024, Israel McCorkle was a talented entrepreneur high school student living in Georgia, United States, with a deep passion for high fashion, runway, and acting. One day, he kept coming across starting his own fashion house, not only build something big, but to create a legacy, which sparked an idea to change his life.


Being inspired, at the moment, he was designing and coming up with what was going to be his very first product. While putting it together, he realized that he might of came up with a new type of bag so unique, yet simple. He noticed that a lot of women need space to carry their belongings. Instead of just the style, he focused on quality, how much it can fit without breaking, and how long it could last. Him knowing the overall shape of the bag, it would fit tons of things beyond for just traveling and everyday items, being established as a multipurpose handbag called "Pill Bag." This was when his idea for the McCorklen brand was born.


Israel McCorkle continued to work at his job "Publix Super Market," while going to school everyday, and recognized a desire to create women's handbags. With a dream, Israel McCorkle pursued his passion very young, with a brave start to his life and our culture forever.


Now, we honor our black American origin story while continuing to build on to our legacy. Those who live the story of the boy and be who they wanna be. Those who have been with us since our first Classic Pill Bag, will always be loved and remembered in our world.

He invested and took a big risk for his brand, but Israel didn’t give up, he decided to sell and promote his bags around his school, while having an extra handbag in his bookbag to hand to his customers. His approach was simple: word of mouth and lots of eye catching moments helped him. They quickly became recognized and everyone loved them.

START OF A NEW STYLE

The Pill Bag marked the start of Israel McCorkle Style. Israel McCorkle created his own style through his first handbag design, proudly claiming his creation of the Pill. Most of his fashion companies accessories like the pill bag, well known as being placed under "Israel McCorkle Style," is a unique signature for the brand itself and is not to be put in broad terms. Largely defined by his retro classic taste, and his Influence on creating a new American Style to add a strong part onto black culture.

The Handbag was designed with a unique structure itself.
