At just 14 years old, McCorkle made his first appearance online — a quiet yet defining moment that marked the beginning of his relationship with fashion. What started as curiosity quickly became conviction. A decade later, he launched McCorklen, stepping fully into the role of creative director and founder, blending entrepreneurial ambition with artistic discipline.

From Vision to Foundation

McCorklen was born out of a desire to create something lasting — a brand that could carry a story, not just a logo. For McCorkle, fashion was never only about garments. It was about memory. Emotion. Lineage.

THE STORY

"The boy in the story faced challenging times, heartbreak, and experiences that gave him ambition to become the best he ever could, it wasn't the motivation, it was the pain inside of him that pushed him harder.

The boy spent most of his childhood on the road, moving state to state, exploring new things at a young age. Going places from the city, to the woods, and on top of the hills. Just imagine what that boy thought of.. freedom. Everywhere he went, he rode his bike into the sunset, let his arms move freely up in the air, and looked up into the beautiful blue sky.

There was no losing friends, it was just saying goodbye to a person that will forever be in your heart and mind, and to say "It was nice getting to know you" as you have more traveling to do, it was a great stop, it was fun while it lasted, now the fun must continue, but far apart from the people you got to know, bond with, and become friends with..

As the boy got older, he expressed what he had on his mind by pursing fashion and creating art, drawing, painting, designing clothes and things that wasn't even thought of before.

Across the country of the United States, East Side.

On Monday, September 17th, Year 2007, the boy was born. United States, Georgia, where it all originated.

Plane travel, a first experience as he rode on his first flight. Boom, and it all happened, right to Boston. The boy stepped his first foot in another state for the first time in his life. Not only in another place, but a place all the way across the country from the state he was originally at when born.

This time it wasn't on a plane; it was in a car, headed to another place on the road. Headed to North Carolina.

Now arriving to Virginia, the big mountains. Still a road trip.

And settled at Georgia, on wheels, the hometown of the boy.

Notice how it was a timestamp, not only a timestamp but the journey of a walking legacy.
