False McCorklen Instagram page suspension and permantly banned situation

On July 10, 2025, Our Instagram page was Instantly permanently banned without a warning because of false reasons, Due to Instagram's wrongly account flag, Ai moderation system error and false accusations of violating rules, which have not been done, a spare account still active and up, but may not be doing business on Instagram because of disabled account, due to there poor app management, no responses back after waiting several months for them to never actually unban accounts. In general with users being aware of that Instagram needs to make major improvement in there moderation system. In addition The McCorkle Organization holding company page was banned for the account being involved with the disabled account. 

In total thousands of Instagram personal and business accounts last year and this year were suspended for unclear reasons by Instagram's AI technology. McCorklen, as a business, we would recommend Instagram fix there system and take down what is falsely accusing accounts that did nothing.

Ai is destroying Instagram, and so is Meta by also falsely banning linked accounts to that account that was suspended, to also get the rest of the accounts suspended. During the identity confirmation in progress, with Instagram falsely claiming they would usually review information within 48 hours, while also accounts who got suspended, would wait several months for something that they didn't do. 

Instagram, the social media app, can potentially be sued for falsely banning thousands of user accounts, and also because of there poor and unreliable moderation system, also possible especially if individuals prove financial loss or other significant damages to businesses and individuals.
